Program Description

Ortho Board Prep operates an SMS (text message) notification program to support users preparing for the ABOS Part II oral board examination. Our SMS program sends the following types of messages:

Appointment confirmations and session reminders
Program notifications and schedule updates
Account-related communications

This is a service notification program only. No marketing or promotional messages are sent via SMS.

SMS Opt-In Is Voluntary

Opting in to SMS notifications is completely optional and is not required to use any Ortho Board Prep service. You can enroll in any Ortho Board Prep program, book a strategy call, or otherwise use Ortho Board Prep without ever opting in to SMS. SMS opt-in is a separate, voluntary choice for users who would like to receive text reminders.

How to Opt In

The sole way to opt in to SMS notifications from Ortho Board Prep is by voluntarily completing the public SMS opt-in form below. Phone numbers collected through any other Ortho Board Prep form (contact form, strategy-call booking, program enrollment) are not added to the SMS notification program. SMS notifications are sent only to users who have affirmatively completed this dedicated opt-in form.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your program activity. Typically, you may receive 1 to 5 messages per week. Messages are sent in relation to your scheduled sessions and program events.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any SMS messages sent or received as part of this program. Ortho Board Prep is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS notifications from this program.

You may also opt out by emailing orthoboardprep@gmail.com and requesting to be removed from SMS notifications.
